What a beautiful day! I dropped off my painting at the Fulford Place Art Show & Sale, then ran a few errands before grabbing a coffee and heading back to spend the afternoon plein air painting in the garden. The turnout was impressive, with a steady flow of visitors moving through the historic rooms and out onto the grounds. The show filled the mansion with a quiet energy—art displayed against ornate woodwork, tall windows, and period décor, while guests lingered to talk with artists and take in the setting. It was a lively and encouraging start to the exhibition.
The Fulford Place art show in Brockville is an annual juried fine art exhibition and sale held inside the historic Fulford Place mansion and its galleries.

It's been a while (too long) since I've posted news, but I've been keeping busy! I had the AMAZING opportunity to go plein air painting with the CAPRAC (Conseil des Arts Prescott Russell Art Council) art group at Fiat Farms recently! It was so good to get out and paint, and to connect with other local artists. I may take my paiting and do a little finishing in the studio later. Looking forward to doing this again!
